This course is designed for operators, signalers and riggers responsible for the safe operation and rigging of all types of overhead, mobile and tower cranes, hoists and lifting devices used in General, Construction and Maritime Industries.
This course is conducted at your facility and can be adapted to your designed material handling needs. This course includes both classroom and hands-on training. Once the written examination is completed, hands-on exercises will be conducted to ensure proper rigging procedures are followed.
Standard course length is 8 hours. (Earn 7 MESH Hours)

• Wire Rope and End Fittings
• Knot Tying practices
• Lift Determinations / Formulating a Lift Plan
• Communication Methods/Hand Signals
• Below the Hook Device Criteria
Each student will receive a Handbook that includes:

• Sling Cards
• Rigging Hardware Card
• Sample Inspection Forms
• Recommended Preventative Maintenance Program
Student will receive a Training Certificate and Wallet Card upon completion & review of test.
