The question in Safety is always the same. Do we have a plan? Are we ready to deal with the unexpected? In the case of workplace violence, whether its an employee, customer, or stranger, how we react is critical. Recent BLS data tells us approximately 350,000 businesses had a workplace violence incident last year. We not only have to be ready to deal with the incident as it happens, but also have to deal with the aftermath of the incident. This course will focus on plan development and training for all employees from the production floor to the front office.
