This two day training program prepares students to be Instructors with the flexibility to conduct forklift training at their own convenience. Emphasis is placed on safe operation and maintenance of powered hand trucks, lift trucks, and forklifts, along with pedestrian safety.  Developed by the National Safety Council, this program is designed to meet current and proposed OSHA and ANSI standards.  Students receive a Leader’s Guide, Participant’s Workbook, and Certificate of Completion.  Prior Forklift experience is required.  Teaching Resource Kit and Student Workbooks are available for additional purchase to conduct on-site training after completion of Instructor Development Course.
