The program addresses safety, health, and environmental issues from the perspective of people in these roles. SDP takes an interactive approach, involving participants with lecture and discussion, case studies, readings and group exercises. Supervisors' Development Program focuses on the identification and assessment of hazards, incident prevention, and the participant's role in the safety, health, and environmental program at their facility.
