Safety Management Techniques (SMT) is a four-day course that shows managers how to identify, evaluate, and create a system to improve safety in their organizations. SMT touches all bases of safety management: administrative, technical, and cultural. Compelling discussions and in-class activities teach participants winning strategies they can easily and cost-effectively implement at their company.
