"Workplace Violence - Part 2 - If the Worst Happens..."
In this session the student will gain skills, training, and recommendations on how to deal with an ongoing, active violent situation in the workplace. The situations that will be covered are active shooters and violent attackers in the workplace. This session will cover how to interact with law enforcement during such an event and recommendations for preplanning for such an event. Some of the topics covered will be Shelter in place Vs. Evacuation ; Lockdown plans ; Government agencies at risk and the importance of hands on training.
